The Subject Of This Public Procurement Procedure Is The Ground-Level Landscaping Of The Podbaran Area - Novi Vinodolski Port. The Operation Is Planned As A Complete Project At The Cp. 16664/1 And Part Of K. No. 16664/2, Registered Office New. The Operation Is Located Partly Within The Scope Of The Port Area - Novi Vinodolski Port. The Port Of Novi Vinodolski Is A Port Open To Public Traffic (Lojp), Of County Significance, Located In The Center Of The Village. Podbaran Is An Area Within Lojp, Located In The Northern And Northeastern Part, Intended For Communal Moorings, With A Capacity Of About 50 Small Vessels Up To 8 M In Length. The Project In Question Is Coordinated And Designed Based On The Ordinance On Simple And Other Buildings And Works (Official Gazette 112/17, 34/18, 36/19, 98/19, 31/20, 74/22, 155/23). The Planned Works Can Be Carried Out Without A Building Permit, In Accordance With The Main Project. A Detailed Description Of The Works, Their Type And Scope, As Well As The Special Requirements Related To Their Execution, Is Determined In Detail In The Design And Technical Documentation And The Cost Estimate, Which Is Attached To These Instructions. The Client Is A Signatory To The Agreement On The Allocation Of Grants For The Project: Reconstruction And Extension Of The Primary Breakwater In The Port Of Novi Vinodolski With One-Story Development Of The Podbaran Coast, Signed Between The Ministry Of The Sea, Transport And Infrastructure (Pt1) And The Central Agency For Financing And Contracting Programs And Projects Of The European Union Union (Pt2) And The Client (User). The Public Procurement Procedure In Question Is Subject To The Control Of The Level 2 Intermediate Body.
