The Components Of The Subject Of The Order Also Include All Works And Services Accompanying The Implementation Of The Works, In Particular: Costs Of Surveying Services, Costs Obtaining The Necessary Opinions And Agreements, Water And Electricity Consumption, Construction Insurance, All Preparatory And Cleaning Works, Securing The Construction Site, Maintaining The Construction Facilities, Restoring The Area To Its Original Condition. During The Works, Special Attention Should Be Paid To Properly Securing The Area And Minimizing Nuisance Related To The Works Carried Out. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Restore Order And Cleanliness In The Area Covered By The Works And To Remove All Construction Remains And Green Waste From The Investment
