The Object Of The Purchase Is The Turnkey Realization Of The Work Modernization And Integration In Scada Of The Letea Substation, From The Management Of Delgaz Grid, Respectively Design, Supply Of Products And Execution Of Works, Preparation Of As Built Documentation, Consisting Of: Design Activities - Preparation Of Documentation And Of The Necessary Studies In Order To Obtain The Approvals, Agreements, Authorizations, The Building Authorization And Support For Obtaining It; - Elaboration Of Technical Documentation (Technical Project – Pth, Dde - Detailed Execution Documentation Including Other Expertise Necessary For The Elaboration Of The Technical Project); - Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works. Execution Of Works: - Purchase And Delivery Of All Materials And Equipment Necessary For The Execution Of The Work; - Execution Of Works. - Testing And Pif. - Training Of The Operating Staff Of The Contracting Entity. - Preparation Of As Built Documentation (Technical Documentation Prepared In Accordance With The Actual Situation In The Field At The Completion Of The Works). - Drawing Up Documents Necessary To Complete The Technical Book Of The Investment. The Duration Of The Contract Is A Maximum Of 24 Months, From The Date Of Signing The Contract By All Parties Involved. The Schedule Of The Investment Will Be Respected According To Annex 9. Questions Related To The Content Of The Award Documentation: Any Interested Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information Regarding The Award Documentation And Implicitly Regarding The Contractual Clauses, Which Are Part Of The Award Documentation Until The Deadline Mentioned In The Procurement Data Sheet, (Paragraph I.3) Communication - Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers/Candidates, Respectively 18 Days Before The Deadline For Receiving Participation Requests As Provided In The Participation Notice.
