The Avz I Building Is Being Constructed By The Nrw Construction And Real Estate Company For The University Of Bonn As A User On The Newly Developed Poppelsdorf Campus. The Existing Avz I Is In Serious Need Of Renovation And Has Fire Protection Deficiencies, And It No Longer Corresponds To The Current State Of The Art That Laboratory Buildings Must Have. Various Institutes Are Located In The New Building, Including That It Is Planned As An Extension With A Direct Connection To The Neighboring Ins/Iel Building (Endenicher Allee 19 B). The Building Has A High Proportion Of Laboratory Space (Practical Areas With Laboratory Use) (Approx. 50%) And Is Therefore Very Technically Oriented. It Is Not Assigned To A Specific Institute And The Requirements For Flexibility Are Correspondingly High.
