In This Tender, The Garantifonden For Non-Life Insurance Companies (Hereinafter The Ordering Party) Wishes To Obtain Offers For The Acquisition Of Administration Of Claims Reports And Restitution Claims As Well As Payment Of Compensation In Connection With A Bankruptcy Of A Non-Life Insurance Company, Administration Of Work Accident Insurance Portfolios That The Ordering Party May Take Over, And Which Are Covered Of The Principals Coverage Area As Well As The Administration/Management Of The Assets That The Principal May Have Transferred From The Insurance Company In Connection With The Transfer Of An Occupational Accident Insurance Portfolio. The Company For Delivery Of This Is Hereinafter Referred To As The Administrative Company. The Management Company Must Be Able To Administer The Tasks That The Ordering Party Is And May Be Assigned Pursuant To The Act On The Guarantee Fund For Non-Life Insurance Companies. The Task Of Handling Claim Reports And Compensation Payments Generally Entails That The Administration Company Must: 1) Manage Occupational Accident Insurance Portfolios That The Ordering Party Takes Over In Accordance With Section 204 Of The Insurance Business Act With References And Section 209, Subsection 4, 2) Ensure That The Ordering Partys Obligations Pursuant To The Guarantee Fund Act Are Fulfilled In Relation To Policyholders And Insured Regarding The Bankrupt Insurance Company, With Regard To Case Processing, Payment Of Compensation Covered By The Ordering Partys Coverage Area, Quality Assurance And Contributing Information And Resources In Connection With Cases By The Courts And Appeals Boards, 3) Administer Payment (And Repayment), 4) Ensure Good Customer Service, 5) Prepare Lists Of Compensation Payments, 6) Prepare Statements For The Ordering Party Upon Request, And 7) Report On The Settlement Of The Cases To The Ordering Party And Trustee In Cooperation With The Bankrupt Companys Key Employees To Get An Overview Of The Case Portfolio. Furthermore, The Administration Company Must Take Care Of Notification Of Claims In A Developers Bankruptcy Estate, If The Ordering Party Has Covered A Claim For Damages Pursuant To Building Damage Insurance.
