Subject Of The Public Procurement: Periodic Delivery By Prior Request Of Medicinal Products For The Needs Of Mbal - Ihtiman Eood 2025-2026 According To The Attached Technical Specification. All Types Of Medicinal Products And Nutritional Supplements Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 To The Documentation. The Medicinal Products Subject To The Order Are Divided Into 3 Groups According To The National Registers In Which They Are Included/Or Not Included And Are Described By Nomenclature Numbers, Generic Name, Amount Of Active Medicinal Substance In A Unit Of Dosage Form And Approximate Amount For A Period Of 2 Years , In The Attached Technical Specification. Each Participant Has The Right To Submit An Offer For One, Several Or All Nomenclature Units From One Or All Three Groups Of Drugs. Participants Can Submit Only One Offer, Regardless Of Whether They Apply For One, Several Or All Nomenclature Units. The Medicinal Products Offered Must Meet The Requirements Of The Law On Medicinal Products In Human Medicine /Zlphm/ And Must Have A Valid Authorization For Use In The Country, Issued By The Ial In Accordance With The Law On Medicinal Products In Human Medicine (Zlphm) Or Regulation (Ec ) No. 726/2004 Of The European Parliament And The Council. Participants Must Also Possess Relevant Permits, Certificates, Licenses Issued In Accordance With The Zlphm And The Law On The Control Of Narcotic Substances And Precursors /Zknvp/ For The Medicinal Products For Which Such Are Required. The Procedure For Opening, Examining, Evaluating And Ranking The Offers Is Carried Out In Accordance With Art. 104 Of The Civil Code. The Public Contract Is Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Under The Lowest Price Award Criteria For A Medicinal Product/Nomenclature. The Assessment Is Carried Out Separately For Each Nomenclature. The Contracting Authority Removes From The Procedure A Participant Who Has Submitted A Price Offer That Exceeds The Unit Price Of A Medicinal Product As Of The Date Of Submission Of The Offers, Reflected In The National Register In Which The Relevant Medicine Is Included. Term For The Execution Of The Order: 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Starting From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Deadline For Delivery Of The Drugs: Periodically, At The Request Of The Contracting Authority Up To 2 Working Days After Receiving The Request. The Term Of The Contract Is Until 31.12.2026.
