The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Implementation Of A Service Center Dedicated To Application Support Activity For Support And Core Business Applications. It Will Also Cover Optional Additional Activities (L1 Support, Advice, Assistance With The Easyvista Tool, Participation In Application Recipes, Etc.). The Challenges Of This Project Are In Particular: To Simplify And Rationalize The Process Of Production And Dissemination Of Reference Documents Applicable Within The Nfb To Gain Operational Efficiency.
