Tenders are invited for Procurement of Services for Street Cleaning, Refuse Collection and Disposal including Carting Away of Post Cyclonic Wastes within the Municipal Council of Curepipe on a Monthly Basis for Housing Estates. 1. The Municipal Council of Curepipe is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for the provision of services for Street Cleaning, Refuse Collection and Disposal including Carting Away of Post Cyclonic Waste for Municipal Council of Curepipe on a monthly basis for Housing Estates 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: The Municipality of Curepipe/IFB/2024/481 3.Bidders shall be registered with the Ministry of Local Government, Disaster and Risk Management as Scavenging Contractor. The procurement is being conducted through Open National Bidding procedures according to the provisions of the Mauritius Public Procurement Act 2006 as amended. 4. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Monday 28 October2024 up to 14.00 hours (Mauritian Time) at the latest. 5. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Monday 28 October2024 as from 16.01 hours (Mauritian Time) till Tuesday 29 October 2024 at 14.00 Hours (Mauritian Time). 6.
