The Subject Of The Public Contract Is A Light Microscope With A Wide Field Of View, Which Will Be Used In The Tissue Culture Laboratory For Advanced Imaging Of Cells In Vitro, Tissue Cultures And Fixed Preparations. The Microscope Will Have Manual Light Intensity Control, As Well As An Led Source With Min. 4 Different Wavelengths, Phosphorescent Block Filter For Led Lighting And Min. 7-Channel Led Light Source For Fluorescence With A Control Unit For Continuous Brightness Adjustment With Long-Term Stability. It Will Include A Monochrome Sensitive Camera With Global Shutter, A Set Of Min. 5 Lenses, Of Which 3 With Phase Contrast, Ld Condenser With Phase Contrast And Light Diaphragm. The Microscope Will Include 4 Sets Of Filters For Fluorescence And Led Light Sources For Fluorescence Of Min. 4 Wavelengths. Furthermore, There Will Be A Computer And Software For The Microscope, Which Will Include A Graphics Card And Flexible Macro Programming In The Python Language With Direct Access To Control The Hardware Components. The Microscope Will Have A Motorized Stage With The Option Of Variable Holders For Various Observation Chambers (Petri Dishes, Glass Slides, Multiwell Plates, Microchannel Chambers). The Light Microscope Will Also Include An Incubator (To Be Placed On A Motorized Table) With A Heated Glass Lid Preventing Condensation And Delimiting The Space For Co2, As Well As Possible Humidification Of Biological Samples With A Mixing System, Without A Compressor And With A Firm Attachment For Microscopic Slides, Petri Dishes, Multiwell Plates And Microchannel Chambers.
