Administrative Educational Services – Project Sponsor For The Federal-State Program “Research At Universities Of Applied Sciences (Haw). The Project Sponsor (Pt) Supports The Implementation Of The “Research·At Haw” Program On The One Hand Through Assessment And Selection Procedures Including The Recruitment Of Experts And Carries Out The Monitoring That Accompanies The Program (Section 2 Paragraph 6 Blv) And On The Other Hand The Contract Includes The Technical And Administrative Support Of The Bmbf All Phases Of Project Funding - From Advising Those Interested In Funding And Applicants To Checking Applications Including Assessment, Preparing Project Approvals, Support During The Term And Checking The Proof Of Use. In Addition, The Pt Is Intended To Support The Bmbf With Consulting, Information, Coordination And Communication Services. This Includes, Among Other Things, Supporting The Bmbf In Fulfilling Reporting Obligations And Answering Further Inquiries, Organizing And Implementing Contracts For Awards Under €25,000 (Net), Supporting The Conception And Implementation Of Specialist/Communications, Press And Public Relations As Well As Support In Supporting The Haw Actor Network As Well As The Preparation, Implementation And Follow-Up Of Events As Part Of The “Research At Haw” Program.
