Expression of Interest For Gender Equality And Social Inclusion (Gesi) Analysis

Expression of Interest are invited for Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Analysis The Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) analysis of the project will comprehensively address gender equality and social inclusion in the ICT and Tech ecosystem as the key thematic areas. The GESI Analysis will aim to: 1) identify and analyze opportunities, barriers, and challenges for women, youth, and vulnerable populations engagement and participation in the ICT and tech sector in the West Bank, 2) understand the gender and social dynamics in the crisis and post-crisis contexts, 3) assess the impact of existing GSG initiatives on advancing gender equality and social inclusion, 4) generate actionable recommendations and guidance to enhance gender equality and social inclusion in future GSG programming. The consultant is expected to use the findings to inform the development of a GESI action plan for the GSG program to ensure effective, gender-transformative, and inclusive project design and implementation.
