Provision Services As Part Of The Saas Model, The Following Provision Services In Particular Are Provided By The Bidder: A) Hosting B) Operational Monitoring C) Problem, Incident, Performance Management D) Product Developments/Updates E) Maintenance 3. Support The Bidder Must Provide Continuous Support And Support For The Hcm Suite In Order To Ensure Ongoing Adjustments And Optimizations Of The Hcm Suite Based On Changing Conditions Requirements Of The Client. 4. Training And Education Services Training And Education Services Must Be Provided Particularly During The Implementation Phase, But Also During Ongoing Operations.
