Elering As Is Reconstructing The Kunda 110 Kv Substation. The Construction Is Carried Out By The Turnkey Method. Turnkey Means That All Equipment Within The Scope Of The Project Is Delivered Together With The Necessary Design Work, Installed, Assembled, Configured, Checked, Etc.
