Registration of Interest (ROI) for Maintenance and Operations Integrated Delivery Contracts - Registration of Interest Open Date: Monday, 14 October 2024 3:30 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Close Date: Tuesday, 12 November 2024 4:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Tender Type: Registration of Interest (ROI) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: New Zealand Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: The purpose of this Registration of Interest (ROI) is to short-list suitable Respondents for the Request for Tender (RFT) stage of the Integrated Delivery Contracts (IDC), which form part of NZTAs Integrated Delivery Model (IDM). The IDM is NZTAs new operating model for maintenance of the State Highway network. Under this model, NZTA will take ownership of asset management and provide much greater direction over treatment design. The IDC will be the contract that delivers the physical operations and maintenance activities on the state highway network for each region. Contractors awarded an IDC (IDC Contractors) will play a critical role in the future operating model, working closely with NZTA Regional Teams to ensure the network is maintained to a high standard, that the rehabilitation and renewal programme is completed on time and to specified standards, and that we respond to emergency events in a timely and effective way. Delivery and a relentless focus on quality are key outcomes we are looking for from our suppliers. NZTA is developing this model following the review of the current agreements; the Network Outcomes Contracts (NOCs). The IDM will replace the NOC model from late 2025 onwards.
