This project is to replace the obsolete CCD system with a state-of-the-art instrument. This is a critical for the UC Mt John Observatory and the UC seeks fit-for-purpose instrument of at least 10 years useful life. The university is enhancing its unique, state-of-the-art research and teaching capabilities.
