We require a Main Contractor with the necessary skills and experience to successfully manage this project while keeping it on schedule. Levels 5 and 6, which are outside the project scope, must remain fully operational and safe for occupants throughout the construction. The contractor must also guarantee uninterrupted public access to these levels during the entire construction period. The Successful Respondent will: Have the capacity, capability, experience, attitude, and resources to successfully deliver the project.
