Architectural Services For Buildings – Energy-Saving Renovation Of The Johann-Bierwirth-Schule (Jbs) In Memmingen - Property Planning For Buildings. The City Of Memmingen Is Planning To Carry Out An Energy-Efficient Renovation Of The Outer Shell Of The Existing Johann-Bierwirth-Schule Vocational School (Jbs) In The South Of The City Of Memmingen. The School Building With A Break Hall, A Triple Gymnasium And A Caretakers Apartment Integrated Into The School Building Was Built In 1982 In The South Of Memmingen. The Vocational School Is Located Between The Buildings Of The Vocational Training Center (Bbz) And The Technical And Vocational High School (Fos/Bos). The Building Complex With Inscribed Inner Courtyards Is Built As A Star Frame Building And Consists Of Several Buildings That Are Connected To Each Other By Access Corridors. In Addition To A Three-Story Classroom Building With A Gable Roof, The Workshop Areas Are Single-Story With Flat Roofs Or Shed Roofs. The Facade Surfaces Of The Existing Buildings Are Currently Covered With Wooden Shingles. The Flat Roofs Of The Existing Buildings With Many Roof Domes Are Sealed With Different Materials (Including Cast Reinforced Aerated Concrete Elements (Also Insulation), Two-Layer Bitumen Welding Membranes, Fleece (New Over Existing Bitumen Welding Membrane That Was Left During Renovation), Foil) And Are Mostly Covered With Gravel. The Inclined Roof Surfaces Are Also Sealed With Different Materials (Including Two-Layer Bitumen Welding Membranes, Foil). The Tender Documents Include Exemplary Floor Plans, Sections And Construction Details. The Plans Serve As An Overview And May Differ In Detail From The Actual Situation. As Part Of The Energetic Renovation Of The Building Envelope, In Addition To The Roofing And Facade Work, Window And Glazing Work Must Be Carried Out And Additional Shading Must Be Provided. The Aim Is To Achieve The Kfw 55 Energy Standard For The Property. The External, Basic Appearance With A Wooden Facade Of The Existing Building Should Be Retained During The Renovation. The Renovation Of The External Areas Involves: Approx. 9,200 M2 Roof Areas Approx. 2,800 M2 Window Areas Approx. 4,700 M2 Facade Areas The Measure Should Be Carried Out During Ongoing School Operations And In Individual Areas. The Measure Is Publicly Funded. The Triple Gymnasium On The School Grounds Is Not The Subject Of This Measure. The Subject Of The Order Is The Building Property Planning Services In Accordance With Hoai Part 3, Section 1, Service Phases 1-3 And 5-9 For The Renovation Of The Building Envelope. The Special Services To Be Commissioned Can Be Found In The Draft Contract Enclosed With The Tender Documents. The Commissioning Takes Place Gradually In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai. In The Event Of An Order, The First Stage Is Service Phases 1 And 2, Which Serve As The Basis For Financing And A Decision. The Client Will Decide Whether To Commission Additional Service Levels As The Process Progresses. No Claims Can Be Made From The Gradual Commissioning
