The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Existing Non-Energy-Saving Lighting Into Energy-Saving Lighting In The Jeżowe Commune. 4.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Modernization Of 870 Luminaires With Led Luminaires Along With A Guarantee Of Remote Control Without Additional Modification Of The Luminaire, 2) Carrying Out Tests, Tests And Measurements. 3) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. 4) Other Works Specified In The Documentation Attached To The Swz. In Addition: A) The Installed Led Lighting Fixtures Must Guarantee The Possibility Of Remote Control Without Additional Modification Of The Fixture And At The Same Time Have The Following Certificates: Enec Or Equivalent, Enec+ Or Equivalent, Zd4i Or Equivalent. B) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Use New Led Lighting Fixtures Manufactured In The European Union Or New Fixtures Approved For Use In The European Union. C) The Ordering Party Requires The Work To Be Performed In Accordance With The Requirements Described In The Conditions For The Modernization Of Road Lighting Issued By Pge Dystrybucja S.A. Rzeszów Branch, Leżajsk Energy District. The Ordering Party Requires The Work To Be Performed In Accordance With The Description And Requirements Specified In The Annexes To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Annex To The Swz - Draft Agreement And The Relevant Standards And Regulations. D) Modernization Works May Be Performed By Employees With Appropriate Executive Authorizations In Accordance With The Conditions Issued By Pge Dystrybucja S.A. Rzeszów Branch, Leżajsk Energy District.
