The Scope Of Work Includes Renovation, Change Of Use And Arrangement Of Rooms, In Particular: 1) Construction And Installation Works (Disassembly And Demolition Works), 2) Brickwork, Partition Walls Made Of Waterproof Plasterboards, 3) Plastering, Plastering, Painting, Flooring, Installation Of Door Joinery, 4) Internal Water And Sewage Installation, 5) Internal Electrical Installation, 6) Debris Removal, 7) Delivery And Installation Of A Stair Climber For Disabled People, 8) Purchase And Installation Of Facility Equipment - Kitchen Furniture, 9) Purchase And Installation Of Facility Equipment - Household Appliances,10) Delivery Of Furniture For The Room,11) Delivery And Installation Of Radio And Tv Equipment.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation And In The Equipment List - Annex No. 4 And 5 To Swz.4. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty: 1) For Construction And Assembly Works For 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report; 2) For The Delivered Equipment For 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Guarantee And Warranty Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
