Tenders Are Invited For Design And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Part Of The Building Of The Supreme Administrative Court At Ul. Jasna 6 In Warsaw

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works In The Scope Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 2A To The Opz, Taking Into Account The Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard And Based On The Documentation Arrangement And Visualization Of Rooms, Constituting Annex No. 2B To Opz, As Well As The Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture Equipment. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Stage I:  Execution And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of The Construction Design Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction Works, Including: A) Land Or Plot Development Design; B) Multi-Sector Design Architectural And Construction In The Scope Taking Into Account The Specificity Of Construction Works (Including In Particular Ventilation And Air Conditioning Design), Including, Among Others: Necessary Technical Expertise, Arrangements In The Field Of Fire Protection, Hygiene And Sanitation, Chimney Sweeping For The Entire Scope Of Construction Works;C ) Technical Design; 2) Stage Ii - As Part Of Stage Ii, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Submit, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Complete Application For Issuing A Building Permit Based On The Power Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party And To Obtain A Final Decision On The Building Permit, And To Perform And Deliver To The Ordering Party: A) A Multi-Discipline Detailed Design That Supplements And Details The Construction Design In The Scope And Degree Of Accuracy Necessary To Prepare The Bill Of Quantities And The Investors Cost Estimate, B) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates As Well As Bioz Information, C) Interior Design Design Including: - Layout Functional Furniture Equipment, Visualizations Of Selected Rooms, Design And List Of Furniture, 3) Stage Iii - Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party And Delivery And Assembly Of Turnkey Furniture Equipment Based On The Interior Design Design Approved By The Ordering Party (Made On The Basis Of Arrangement And Visualization Of Rooms), Including: A) Organizing And Carrying Out The Necessary Tests, Examinations, Measurements And Acceptances, As Well As Final Acceptance Of All Works That Are The Subject Of The Agreement, B) Carrying Out Authors Supervision By Designers (Authors Of The Design Documentation) Throughout The Duration Of The Agreement ,C) Preparation And Delivery Of As-Built Documentation, D) Transfer To The Ordering Party Of The Proprietary Rights, The Right To Exercise And Authorize The Exercise Of Derivative Copyrights To The Design And As-Built Documentation.
