Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: Design Documentation Should Enable The Execution Of Construction Works In Two Stages.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For Each Stage Separately, Regarding: A. Stage I - Construction Of A Sports Hall At The Vocational And Continuing Education Center In Mrągowo; B. Stage Ii - Construction Of A Multi-Purpose School Playground With Technical Infrastructure At The Vocational And Continuing Education Center In Mrągowo; The Subject Of The Order Should Be Developed To The Extent Necessary To Conduct A Tender Procedure For The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works Based On The Public Procurement Law And To The Extent Necessary To Implement The Investment. All Design Assumptions Must Be Approved By The Ordering Party.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz3. Designation Of The Subject Of The Contract According To The Classification Of The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 71320000-7 Engineering Services In The Field Of Design, 71220000-6 - Architectural Design Services4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers.5. Each Contractor May Submit Only One Offer In The Procedure.6. The Order Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Investment Project Titled: Construction Of Sports Infrastructure At The Vocational And Continuing Education Center In Mrągowo7. The Documentation Should Be Developed In The Scope Of Full (Complete) Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And Obtained Separate Building Permits For Each Building Permit.8. Construction Works Will Be Performed Based On The Prepared Documentation.9. In Order To Properly Execute This Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Participation Of Persons Who Have Construction Qualifications For Design In The Following Specialties: • Architecture, • Construction And Construction • Installation In The Field Of Electrical And Power Networks, Installations And Devices • Installation In The Field Of Networks, Installations And Devices Heating, Ventilation, Gas, Water And Sewage Without Restrictions, The Contractor Must Include The Participation Of These People In The Execution Of The Order In The Offer Price.10.
