Tenders are invited for Supply of and repairs to Electronic equipment and all type of electrical equipment. The Registration Fee per item will be Rs. 500.00 and Rs. 100.00 per each additional item. The amounts can be paid either by cash, by Cheque or by Money Order. All such Cheques and Money Orders should be drawn in favour of the "Secretary, Mulatiyana Pradeshiya Sabha". I.E. If you are registering for 03 items, the amount you have to pay will be Rs. 700.00, which includes Rs. 500.00 for the first item and Rs. 200.00 for other two @ Rs. 100.00 each.
