Construction Work – Construction Of Four Multi-Family Residential Buildings With Technical Infrastructure In Polanów. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution By The Contractor Of An Investment Task Consisting In The Construction Of Four Multi-Family Residential Buildings With Technical Infrastructure At Ul. Młyńska, On Plot No. 11/66, Polanów 2 Registration District, Commune. Polanów - City, Based On Design Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party. Each Facility Is A Multi-Family, Sixteen-Unit, Four-Story Residential Building With A Full Basement. The Building Is Covered With A Hip Roof. The Building Is Designed Using Traditional Brick Technology. The External Walls Of The Basement Were Designed As Two-Layer, Wet-Cast Reinforced Concrete. The External Walls Of The Above-Ground Floors Were Designed From Aerated Concrete Blocks. External Walls Reinforced With Reinforced Concrete Pins. External Walls Insulated With A Layer Of Polystyrene And Finished With Bso Technology. The Multi-Family Residential Building Was Designed For The Needs Of Sixteen Families. Twelve Apartments Were Designed As Two-Room Apartments. They Can Meet The Needs Of Families Of 3 Or 4 People. Four Premises Were Designed As One-Room Apartments. They Can Meet The Needs Of Families Of 2 Or 3 People. In The Basement There Are 16 Rooms Designed For Storage Rooms, As Well As A Technical Room And A Wheelchair Room. The Basement Partition Walls Were Designed As Openwork. The Basement Will Be Connected Via Designed Internal Corridors Connected To The Main Corridor. On The Ground Floor There Is A Corridor With A Staircase And 4 Apartments. Three Of Them Were Designed As Two-Room Apartments, And One As A One-Room Apartment. All Ground Floor Premises Have A Bathroom, Kitchen And Corridor. Access To All Ground Floor Premises Is Provided From The Corridor. There Is Also An Elevator Shaft On The Ground Floor. The First, Second And Third Floors Were Designed As A Duplication Of The Ground Floor. The Only Difference Is The Separated Space Of Part Of The Corridor On The Side Of The Front Elevation For The Purpose Of Enlarging One Of The Rooms. Vertical Communication Is Provided By A Designed Staircase And An Elevator With Dimensions Ensuring The Possibility Of Use By Disabled People. The Clear Height Of The Rooms On The Above-Ground Floors Is 2.60 M. In The Basement Rooms, The Height Of The Rooms Is 2.25 M. The Buildings Will Be Equipped With Electrical, Telephone, Intercom And Sat Tv Installations. Sanitary Installations Will Include Utility Water, Sanitary Sewage, Gas And Central Heating Installations. Heating Of Residential Rooms And Utility Water Will Be Done By A Dual-Function Condensing Gas Boiler Installed In The Bathroom Of Each Apartment. The Development Of The Areas Near The Buildings Includes The Construction Of An Internal Municipal Road, A Maneuvering Road, Parking Spaces For Passenger Cars, Sidewalks, The Construction Of Road Lighting, A Fenced Playground, A Recreational Square, Two Garbage Shelters And Planting Plants.
