Request for Tenders (RFT) for Main Contractor for Block D Ams Window Replacement at Kuranui College (Wairarapa) Open Date: Friday, 11 October 2024 9:00 AM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Close Date: Wednesday, 6 November 2024 5:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Tender Type: Request for Tenders (RFT) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: Manawatu-Wanganui Wellington Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: The BOT at Kuranui College are seeking the services of a main contractor to undertake the construction works for Kuranui College Block D AMS Window Replacement This project will include demolition and construction including carpentry works on Block D at Kuranui College. This includes: Removal of existing windows and doors. Installation of new double-glazed window inserts and new door joinery. Construction of new wall framing, linings and flashings as required to NZBC to suit site situation. Remediate/replace rotten timber as required and liase with Building Surveyor Scaffolding/cordon off under SSSP. The project will be a complete turnkey project where the completed section of the building ready for school use will be handed over on completion.
