The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Select A Supplier Of Net Electrical Energy At Freely Agreed Prices And A Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For Low Voltage To Sites Of Odmvr - Gabrovo On The Territory Of The Gabrovo Region And The Veliko Tarnovo Region (According To The List, Appendix 1.1.); Inclusion Of The Objects In A Standard Balancing Group, As An Indirect Member, With The Coordinator The Contractor (As The Employer Will Not Pay A Fee For Participation In A Balancing Group), Incl. Provision Of Services In: Forecasting Of Electricity Consumption, Planning, Ordering And Balancing; Preparing And Submitting Hourly Daily Schedules And Sending Them For Administration Of The Information Flow By The Electricity System Operator (Eso) Ead; Taking Responsibility For Balancing - The Obligation To Financially Settle The Differences Between The Amount Of Electricity According To A Registered Schedule/Forecast Of Consumption And The Actual Consumption Reported By The Means Of Commercial Measurement, Or The Difference Between Purchases And Sales For A Given Settlement Period, As Well As All Activities, Related To Participation In The Liberalized Electricity Market Of The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Will Be Entrusted With The Administration And Payment Of The Network Services To The Operator Of The Electricity Distribution Network, As Well As All Inherent Activities Related To The Participation Of The Contracting Authority In The Free Electricity Market. , Appendix No. 1.1 To The Technical Specification) For The Previous 12 Months Is In The Amount Of 577.05 Mwh.
