Lamps And Light Fittings – Modernization Of Lighting Infrastructure In The Dopiewo Commune. 1. Modernization Of The Lighting Infrastructure In The Dopiewo Commune, Consisting In Replacing The Existing Sodium Lighting Fixtures With New Led Technology Fixtures. Non-Energy-Saving Sodium Fixtures Located Along Streets, Roads, Parks, Playgrounds And Other Public Places Are Being Replaced. As A Result Of The Replacement, The Power Of The Installed Luminaires Will Be Reduced, And Thus Electricity Consumption Will Decrease. The Replaced Luminaires Must Be Put Into Operation And Put Into Use Within 48 Hours Of Replacement. As Part Of The Program, The Subject Of The Investment Is The Modernization Of Existing Lighting, Which Involves Replacing Existing Non-Energy-Saving Fixtures With New Ones. The New Luminaire Is To Guarantee The Possibility Of Remote Control Without Additional Modification Of The Luminaire And At The Same Time Have Enec, Enec+, Zd4i Or Equivalent Certificates. The Contractor Will Replace The Fixtures With New Ones Manufactured In The European Union Or New Fixtures Approved For Use In The European Union. The Warranty Period Is At Least 60 Months, The Investment Period Is 5 Years. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 10 To The Swz - Road Lighting Audit. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order According To The Cpv Code: Main Cpv Code: 31520000-7 - Lamps And Lighting Fixtures Additional Cpv Codes: 45316100-6 - Installing Outdoor Lighting Devices, 45316110-9 - Installing Road Lighting Devices Number Of Fixtures To Be Replaced: 1,303 Pieces The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Covered By A Minimum 60-Month Warranty Period And A 60-Month Warranty Period. If The Warranty Period Is Extended, The Warranty Period Is Also Extended. The Maximum Warranty And Warranty Period Offered By The Contractor May Be 84 Months. Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program No. Edycja9rp/2023/382/Polskilad The Order Is Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Modernization Of Lighting Infrastructure In The Dopiewo Commune, Selected For Co-Financing Under The 9Th Edition Of The Governments Polish Order Fund: Strategic Investment Program - We Light Up Poland. Note: The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Act Reserves The Right To Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intends To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Are Not Awarded To It. This Procedure Is Conducted In The Form Of An Open Tender As Stipulated In Art. 132 Pzp, In Accordance With The Rules Provided For The So-Called Reverse Order Of Evaluation Of Offers Referred To In Art. 139 Of The Public Procurement Law. Pursuant To The Above-Mentioned Regulations, The Ordering Party Will First Examine And Evaluate The Offers, And Then Subjectively Qualify The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest In Terms Of The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion And The Fulfillment Of The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right For Only The Contractors Mentioned To Apply For The Contract
