A) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity, Including The Sale Of Electricity To Facilities Belonging To The Wielkopolska Neuropsychiatric Center And The Sale By The Ordering Party Of Electricity Produced From A Photovoltaic Installation, Constituting A Renewable Energy Source (Hereinafter Referred To As Res) And Introduced Into The Network Of The Distribution System Operator ( Osd) In The Period From January 1, 2025 Until December 31, 2025, Within The Meaning Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of August 7, 2024. On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System, The Sellers Electricity Tariff, The Tariff For Electricity Distribution Services Of The Relevant Distribution System Operator (Dso Tariff), The Instructions For The Operation And Operation Of The Distribution Network (Iriesd) And The Act Of August 17, 2023 On Amending The Act On Renewable Energy Sources And Generally Applicable Legal Provisions. The Sale Will Take Place Through The Distribution Network Belonging To Enea Operator As The Distribution System Operator, With Which The Ordering Party Has Signed Contracts For The Provision Of Distribution Services. B) The Facilities Belonging To The Wielkopolska Neuropsychiatric Center Include The Following Tariff Groups: • C12a - 1 Ppe Collection Point, • C22a - 2 Ppe Collection Points, Ppe Collection Points Are Hospital Facilities. C) The Estimated Volume Of Electricity Supplies During The Term Of The Contract Is: 586.15 Mwh. D) The Estimated Volume Of Sales By The Ordering Party Of Electricity Produced From A Res Source And Fed Into The Dso Network During The Term Of The Contract Is: 1,200 Kwh. E) The Above Data Is Indicative. The Contractor Should Take Into Account Possible Fluctuations In Electricity Consumption At The Level Of (+/-30%).F) The Current Electricity Supplier Is: One S.A. : Street Adama Naruszewicza 27 Lok.2, 02-627 Warsaw, G) The Unit Offer Price Of Active Energy For A Given Tariff Will Result From The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. H) Location, Technical Data Of Consumption Points And Planned Electricity Consumption In The Scope Of The Basic Order For The Period From January 1, 2025. Until December 31, 2025 Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. This Demand Was Determined Based On Electricity Consumption In 2024. And Expected Consumption Estimates For 2025 And Is Indicative Only, Used To Compare Offers And Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Energy In The Given Quantity. The Potential Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party For Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Energy. The Ordering Party Guarantees That It Will Collect At Least 50% Of The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Specified In The Price Form. . The Settlement Of The Increase In Demand For The Supply Of Electricity Will Be Made According To The Basic Part Of The Order
