The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty For The Offered Equipment For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months - A Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Equipment Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations By The Ordering Party. Deadline For Completion Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Must Be Be Completed Within 6 Weeks From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Delivered To The Food Section Of The Police School In Piła At Plac Staszica 3. The Costs Of Delivery, Bringing, Assembly, Commissioning, And Additional Accompanying Work Related To The Commissioning Of The Devices Are Borne By The Contractor. The Ordering Party, Until The Expiry Of Deadline For Submitting Offers, Requires A Deposit Of Pln 5,000.00. Before Submitting The Offer, The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractors To Visit The Premises Where The Equipment Being The Subject Of The Order Will Be Installed, In Order To Obtain Any Data That May Be Useful For Preparing The Offer And Implementing And Settlement Of The Subject Of The Contract.
