The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has The Copyrights Of The Infomedica/Amms Software Manufacturer To Provide The Services That Are The Subject Of The Order To The Extent Required To Exercise Authors Supervision And An Authorized Representative Of The Software Manufacturer In The Field Of Infomedica/Amms Service Support.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers.3. The Service In Question Includes The Implementation Of: A) Covering The Authors Supervision, In The Scope Indicated In Part A - Authors Supervision, Of The Infomedica Plus And Amms Plus Application Software Modules Listed In Annex No. 1 To Opz.
