Minimum competencies: Experiences in working with people with LGBTQI+ and positive parenting. Experiences in developing scripts on video, audio, talk show, module on gender sensitive and inclusive positive parenting. Expertise in working and conducting social events and community dialogue in the target areas with grassroot people, especially people with LGBIQI+. Experience in organizing social events with diverse gender participation. Have human resources available to develop scripts, concept and organize social events and community dialogue productively and engage more diverse participants.
