Namely the Engineering & Specialist Support Services (ESSS 2.0) Panel. Based on the previous 5 years demand history and the next 5 years of demand forecasting (sourced from the Long Term Plan (LTP) and stakeholder feedback), we are confident we have demand for the following Panel disciplines: 1. 3 Waters Design & Advisory 2. Project Management - Vertical 3. Project Management - Horizontal 4. Cost Management (PQS) - Vertical 5. Cost Management (PQS) - Horizontal 6. Planning 7. Engineer to Contract - Vertical 8. Engineer to Contract - Horizontal This RFP seeks to secure skilled, capable service providers who can meet Councils needs, in full, on time and specification, whilst ensuring great value for money.
