The Contract Works required are: i. Block E Replacement of existing membrane roofing using the Rooflogic roofing system to be installed by an approved Rooflogic licensed applicator. Skylight to be removed and form part of the new membrane roofing and make good to the water damaged ceilings as per architectural drawings. ii. Block I Replacement of existing roofing using the Rooflogic roofing system to be installed by an approved Rooflogic licensed applicator.
