Notice of Information (Advance Notice) (NOI) for 24/77 West Eyreton Uv Treatment Upgrades - Request for Tender Open Date: Thursday, 10 October 2024 9:00 AM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Close Date: Wednesday, 6 November 2024 4:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Tender Type: Notice of Information (Advance Notice) (NOI) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: Canterbury Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: 24/77 WEST EYRETON UV TREATMENT UPGRADES Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the above contract. This contract is for the construction of a new Ultraviolet (UV) facility for potable water at the existing West Eyreton Water Treatment Plant. The main tasks involved in this Contract are: Removal of existing concrete tank Construction of a new blockwork building to house the UV and Chlorine treatment, as well as future fluoride treatment systems Installation of UV Reactors (supplied by Council) and associated process and mechanical works as set out in Main Specification Section 26 and the Process Drawings (P) Associated civils works for inlet and outlet pipework Co-ordination with Councils electrical contractor. Note, Nairn Electrical are appointed direct by Council. The contractor is responsible for coordinating timings of site activities.
