This includes: Demolition of existing structures. Removal & replacement of plumbing and drainage inc fixtures and fittings Construction of new wall framing, concrete work and new window and door joinery. Installation of new fixtures and fittings including relocation of accessible fittings for re-use. Installation of new wall, floor and ceiling linings. Separating sums for the Accessible Toilet is required. The project will be a complete turnkey project where the completed section of the building ready for school use will be handed over on completion.
