Network Infrastructure – Delivery Of Network Switches, Routers, Licenses And Training Vouchers For The Needs Of The Kraków Appellate Courts. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Network Switches And Routers For The Needs Of The Krakow Appellate Courts, Together With The Supply Of Licenses For Network Switches Of The Management And Monitoring System And Training Vouchers. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Option Referred To In Article 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. Under The Option Right, The Contractor Will Provide The Equipment And Licenses Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party May Commission The Contractor To Place An Order Under The Option Law No Later Than Within The Option Period, I.E. 5 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Together With Annexes No. 2.1 To The Swz Opz - Technical Parameters, And The Terms Of The Contract Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. This Description Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Swz, E.G. As A Result Of Responses To The Contractors Inquiries. Common Procurement Vocabulary Cpv: 32424000-1 Network Infrastructure, 48821000 Network Servers, 32420000-3 Network Equipment. All Devices Delivered As Part Of This Order Must Be Covered By A Warranty Valid For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months. The Parameters Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Minimum Values ​​And Each Equipment With Parameters Better/Higher Than Those Specified Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Refrained From Dividing The Order Into Parts Because The Product Range Covered By The Order Can Be Easily Implemented In Its Entirety By A Significant Number Of Small And Medium-Sized Entrepreneurs Operating On The Market. A Possible Division Of The Order Into Lots Would Not Increase The Availability Of The Order And Therefore Would Not Improve Competitiveness In The Procedure, In Particular It Would Not Ensure Obtaining A Larger Number Of Offers And Lower Prices Of The Offered Supplies. Therefore, This Division Would Not Be Economically Justified, And Failure To Do So Cannot Constitute A Violation Of The Principles Of Fair Competition In The Proceedings. Taking Into Account The Above, As Well As The Fact That A Possible Division Of The Contract Into Parts Would Pose A Risk Of Technical Difficulties And The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract, Which Could Impede The Proper Execution Of The Contract, This Division Is, In The Opinion Of The Contracting Authority, Unreasonable. The Order Is Addressed To Contractors From The Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises (Sme) Sector. Therefore, The Lack Of Division Does Not Violate The Principles Expressed In Art. 16 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. The Principle Of Competitiveness And Equal Treatment Of Contractors.
