The Subject Of The Order Includes: • Geodetic Staking • Construction Of 9 Steel Octagonal Street Lighting Poles With Complete Single-Arm Booms, 1.5 M Long, Along With Fixtures Led Type Max 67 W (Protection Class Ii), 8 M High, Equipped With A Grounding Clamp, Placed On A Prefabricated Concrete Foundation. In The Place Where The Lighting Poles Are Located (Surveying Points No. 13, 17, 20), In The Places Close To The Existing Cables, Use A Two-Part A110ps Protective Pipe, Work Should Be Carried Out Manually With Particular Care. • Construction Of A Street Lighting Cable Line From The End Pole Of The 0.4 Kv Overhead Line (Supplied From The 15/0.4 Kv Station No. 1-0074 Podkałek) Type Żn-10/Rk As The Construction Of Street Lighting With A Yakxs Type Cable 4X25 Mm2 With A Total Length Of L= 406/495 M. Note: This Procedure Covers The Construction Of Only 9 Pole Stands, Without The Installation Of 2 Led Fixtures On Existing Power Poles. Before Starting The Works, All Necessary Notifications Required By Law, Resulting From The Attached Permits, Arrangements, Decisions, Should Be Made And Read With The Existing Condition, Number And Power Of Luminaires On The Existing Circuit. If The Designed Protection Settings Are Exceeded Due To The Existing Lighting Fixtures, An Appropriate Protection Value Should Be Selected. The Temporary Traffic Organization Design Will Be Prepared And Agreed By The Ordering Party And Handed Over To The Contractor After Signing The Contract. 3.3 Under The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: A) Perform An As-Built Geodetic Inventory; B) Report The Completion Of Works To Pinb; C) Prepare A Report On Resistance Measurements For Electrical Installations And Area Lighting As Well As Other Tests Required By Polish Law And Standards For Scope Performed In The Electrical Industry; D) Providing The Acceptance Protocol Signed By Pge Dystrybucja - If Required. After Completing The Investment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present To The Ordering Party: • An Auxiliary As-Built Cost Estimate Along With A List Of The Quantities Of Incorporated Materials; • Certificates, Approvals, Technical Approvals Of Materials; • Construction Log With Confirmation From The Supervision Inspector And Construction Manager On The Completion Of The Works;• A Set Of Warranty Cards For The Delivered And Installed Devices;• Statement Of The Construction Manager And Supervision Inspector On The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Construction Permit, Pge Conditions, Regulations And Applicable Standards;• As-Built Surveying Inventory - The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party Together With The Final Application For Collection, The Surveyors Declaration On Th
