Supply and install 200mmx200mm mesh fabric at 40mm depth. m2 660 Supply 30 MPa ready mix concrete (pump mix) and cast 80mm thick floor. Steel float (power float) to smooth finish, cure and provide joints as per the engineer. m3 60 Supply & apply industrial durable floor paint as per Namport specifications (see as attached). m2 660 Miscellaneous: Break out and remove existing [5000mm x 1100mm] wooden window frames complete and transport to designated storage area inside Namport. no 5 Remove all construction waste to a municipal dump. Provide a skip for temporary storage of all construction rubble. sum 1 A non-compulsory Site Inspection will be held at the Port of Walvis Bay on site in Walvis Bay on 9 October 2024 at 10:30 am.
