Request for Tenders (RFT) for Main Contractor for Roofing Work at Martinborough School (Wairarapa) Open Date: Wednesday, 9 October 2024 9:00 AM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Close Date: Monday, 4 November 2024 5:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Tender Type: Request for Tenders (RFT) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: Manawatu-Wanganui Wellington Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: The BOT at Martinborough School are seeking the services of a main contractor to undertake the construction works for Martinborough School Blocks B, D, H, K & Covered Walkway This project will include both full section replacements and remedial works to existing sections. This includes: Demolition of roofing Removal & replacement of spouting and downpipes Installation of new metal roofing Installation of new membrane roofing With the installation of new apron flashings the contractor will be required to complete carpentry work to replace areas of cladding. A separate sum for the replacement of clerestory windows in Block D is required. The project will be a complete turnkey project where the completed section of the building ready for school use will be handed over on completion.
