Quotation are invited for Provide Halls, Accommodation and Meals to Implement a Training for Trainers on Psychological Care Tools and Music Therapy, within the Framework of the Psychological Mask Project. The Training will be Held over Three Days, including Two Nights of Accommodation for Fifteen Participants Per Day. The Meal Program Includes Dinner on the First Day, Lunch and Dinner on the Second Day, and Lunch on the Third Day. Frequent Coffee Breaks will be Provided during the Training Sessions. The Training will be Held in Ramallah from October 24 to 26 . Required specifications : Equip the halls with a projector, flip charts, pens, a sound system, and any necessary office supplies . Providing free and fast internet . Providing mineral water continuously during events . Room rate must include breakfast . Providing a lunch/dinner buffet containing at least three main dishes (fish, chicken, meat) in addition to a vegetarian meal, salads, appetizers, desserts, and fruits . Hotel spaces should be sufficient to ensure physical distancing, and halls should have windows that allow for good ventilation .
