This Announcement Concerns The Establishment Of The Dynamic Purchasing System (Hereinafter Referred To As Dsz), Taking Into Account The Following Assumptions: 1. The Subject Of Orders Successively Awarded Within The Dsz Will Be The Supply Of Consumables For Printers, Photocopiers, Multifunctional Devices And Faxes. 2. The Ordering Party Expects To Award One Larger Order Every Quarter And 2-3 Smaller Orders During Each Quarter. 3. The Ordering Party Estimates The Total Quantity Of Ordered Materials At Approximately: 1. Drum 550 Pcs. 2. Waste Toner/Ink Container 283 Pcs. 3. Ribbon 80 Pcs. 4. Developer 30 Pcs. 5. Toner 4164 Pcs. 6. Ink 345 Pcs. 4. Pursuant To The Act Of June 30, 2000, Industrial Property Law And The Act Of March 14, 2003 On Filing European Patent Applications And The Effects Of A European Patent In The Republic Of Poland, The Offered Products May Not Infringe The Patent Rights Of Product Manufacturers. 5. The Materials Provided May Not Limit The Functions And Capabilities Of The Equipment, As Well As The Print Quality Specified In The Technical Specifications Of The Equipment Manufacturer. Therefore, The Contractor Ensures That The Offered Goods Will Be Fully Compatible With The Devices In Which They Are To Be Used As Consumables For Printing/Copying/Fax Devices. 6. The Materials Cannot Limit Full Cooperation With The Software That Supervises The Operation Of The Device, Including: Monitoring The Condition Of Consumables. 7. The Contractor Shall Be Fully Liable For Any Damage To The Ordering Partys Equipment Resulting From Poor Quality Of The Delivered Products, While Maintaining Proper Operating Conditions Of The Equipment On The Part Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cover All Costs Related To Determining The Causes Of Damage And Their Repairs, Including An Expert Opinion Performed By An External, Independent Entity, In Accordance With The Principles Described In The Draft Agreement. 8. Products Delivered Must Be Brand New. The Ordering Party Does Not Accept Regenerated Consumables. 9. As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect From The Ordering Party And Dispose Of Used Toners/Inks, As Well As Waste Toner/Ink Containers, In An Amount Not Greater Than Those Delivered, In Accordance With The Law, Without Additional Remuneration. 10. The Delivered Products Must Have Been Manufactured No Earlier Than 24 Months Before The Delivery Date. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Warranty: 24 Months For Drums And 12 Months For The Remaining Products, Counting From The Date Of Delivery, But Not Shorter Than The Manufacturers Warranty. The Warranty Period Runs From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations. The Warranty Covers, Among Others: Material And Construction Defects, As Well As Failure To Meet The Parameters Or Functional Functions Of The Materials Declared By The Contractor, Repair Of Detected Damage, Including Replacement Of Damaged Operating Materials.
