There Will Be 14 Three- To Four-Story Apartment Buildings And An Infrastructure Building, Consisting Of A Two-Story Parking Area With 71 Parking Spaces And A Building With Above-Ground Replacement Basement Rooms. The Residential Buildings Are Constructed In Hybrid Construction With Load-Bearing Elements Such As Bases, Ceilings, Supports And Interior Walls In Solid Construction And Non-Load-Bearing Exterior Walls In Timber Frame Construction. The Facades Are Covered With Facade Bricks. The Outer Walls Of The Residential Buildings (Approx. 8,000M²) Are To Be Prefabricated In The Factory As Wooden Frame Components. The Tower Cranes Provided By The Shell Construction Trade Are To Be Used For The Assembly, Operated By Their Own Crane Driver. Scaffolding, Windows, Roof Sealing And Plumbing Work Are Ordered Separately. The Facade Work Is Part Of The Lv And Includes The Facade Cladding Made Of Facade Bricks, Aluminum Window Sills, Aluminum Soffit Cladding And Cladding Made Of Titanium Zinc Panels For The House Entrances Presented. The Infrastructure Building Will Be Constructed With Massive External Walls. The Lv Includes An Uninsulated Wooden Roof Truss (Hipped Roof, Roof Area Approx. 400M²) With A Waterproof Sub-Roof Made Of A Roofing Membrane On Osb Board, The Cladding Of The Roof And Facade Surfaces With Facade Tiles (Approx. 900M²), Roof Plumbing Work, Rope Safety System, 9 Roof Windows And Drywall Work Fire Protection Clothing.
