1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of The Municipal Road No. 373072T Szewce - Górki In Msc. Szewce From Km 0+000 To Km 0+525 To Protect The Bottom Of The Loess Gorge. The Order Includes The Construction Of The Roadway Of The Renovated Road - Single-Lane, 3.00 M Wide, With A Bituminous Surface - In Accordance With The Attached Construction Section, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. Along The Entire Length Of The Renovated Road, Two-Sided Shoulders With A Dirt Surface, Improved With Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate, 0.30 M Wide (15 Cm Thick), Are Installed Along With Their Surface Consolidation, And In Sections, Concrete Curbs With Dimensions Of 15X30 Cm Laid Flat On A Concrete Footing With Resistance Made Of C-12/15 Concrete And Prefabricated Concrete Sewage With Dimensions Of 50X50x15 Cm Laid On A Cement-Sand Ballast Thick. 5 Cm And On A Concrete Bench With A Resistance Made Of C-12/15 Concrete, Thickness. 15 Cm To Protect The Edges Of The Road With A Bitumen Surface. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Design Documentation, Which Constitutes Annex No. 10 To The Swz.2) Bill Of Quantities, Which Constitutes Annex No. 11 To The Swz.2. The Ordering Party Has Made Every Effort To Ensure That The Documentation Does Not Contain Any Reference To Any Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Particular Contractor. If, Despite Verification Of The Documentation, Such A Marking Remains In The Content Or On The Drawing, They Should Be Treated As Reference Products That Can Be Replaced By Others With Equivalent Parameters, Even If The Term Or Equivalent Is Not Used. Any Trade Names Used In The Design Documentation Would Constitute A Definition Of A Standard Or A Product Type, And Not As A Request For Contractors To Offer Materials And Devices Offered By Specific Manufacturers. Equivalent Materials And Devices Will Be Those That Have No Worse Or Better Features Or Parameters And Perform Similar Functions Or Are Made Of Materials With Similar Characteristics, Durability And Strength.3. If The Contractor Finds That The Parameters Or National Standards Used In The Swz And In The Annex To The Swz Or Those Translating Into European Or International Standards May Indicate The Producers Of The Products Or Their Sources Of Origin, It Means That They Are Of Such Importance That The Technical Parameters Of The Products So Indicated Determine The Ones Required By The Ordering Partys Minimum Expectations As To The Quality Of The Products To Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract.
