Tenders Are Invited For Providing Laundry Services For The Facilities Of Uzdrowisko Kołobrzeg S.A. For 12 Months

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Laundry Services For Hospitals And Spa Sanatoriums, Including In Particular: - Washing And Disinfection Of Bed Linen And Bathroom Linen, - Washing And Disinfection Of Treatment-Based Protective Elements Made Of Fabrics, - Washing And Disinfection Of Bathroom Mats, - Washing Curtains , Curtains, Tablecloths, Napkins, Verticals And Blinds, - Washing And Disinfection Of Blankets, Mattresses, Rugs, Pillows, Duvets And Bedspreads, - Washing And Disinfection Of Protective Clothing, - Repair Of Items After Washing, Including Discoloration, - Ironing, - Transport From And To The Ordering Party, - Performing Minor Repairs Of Products Submitted For Washing, - Settling Accounts For Underwear And Bedding Received For Washing. 2. The Total Amount Of Materials Intended For Washing In The Period From October 2024 To October 2025 Is Approximately 189,250 Kilograms (Average 15,771 Kg Per Month). 3. The Share Of Individual Materials Intended For Washing In The Total Weight Is Estimated: - Bed And Bathroom Linen - 70%, - Curtains, Window Blinds, Napkins, Verticals, Blinds - 10%, - Blankets, Mattresses, Pillows, Quilts, Bedspreads - 15 %, - Protective Clothing – 5%. 4. Dirty Material For Washing Should Be Collected From The Ordering Party And Returned After Washing By The Contractors Transport 3 Times A Week (Until 2 P.M.), No Later Than 48 Hours After Collection. The Washing Technology Should Meet The Conditions Of Full Chemical-Thermal Disinfection And The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of June 26, 2012 (Journal Of Laws Of 2012, Item 739). Detergents Must Be Approved By The Polish National Institute Of Hygiene And The Institute Of Mother And Child For Hospital Linen, Taking Into Account The Action Against Viruses, Bacteria, Tuberculosis Bacilli And Fungi. The Technological Process Will Be Adapted To The Type Of Fabric, It Will Not Weaken The Fiber, Leave Stains And Discolorations, And Contribute To Premature Wear And Shrinkage Of Items Subjected To Laundry Treatment. 5. The Laundry Room Should Be Adapted And Must Have Appropriate Equipment For Washing Hospital Linen, Including Contaminated Ones. It Should Have A Hygienic Barrier, I.E. Complete Elimination Of Contact Between Clean And Dirty Linen And Employees Of These Two Zones.
