Tenders are invited for Supply of Bed Side Lockers S/S 500 Eligible registered institutions and individuals for the Supplies may submit the applications and Bid conditions and detailed application may be obtained from the Supplies Division of National Hospital of Sri Lanka on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000.00 for the Reference No. SL/01/2024, Non-Refundable deposit of Rs. 5,000.00 for the Reference No. SL/36/2024 and non-refundable fee of Rs. 11,000.00 for the Reference No. SL/04/2024 to the Shroff Division of the National Hospital of Sri Lanka during the Week days at between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. from 04.10.2024 up to 30.10.2024. Quotations will be opened at 10.00 a.m. on 30.10.2024 at the Office of the Chief Accountant of the National Hospital of Sri Lanka.
