Subject Of The Consultation: Service Contract Relating To The Management/Operation Of Car Parks With A View To The Conclusion Of A Contract Which Relates To The Management, Operation, Routine And Curative Maintenance, Maintenance In Perfect Working Order Of All Equipment Within The Parking In Martyrs Works In The Interest Of The Municipal Administration Of The City Of Luxembourg. The Missions Of The Economic Operator Are In Particular The Following: - Operate The Public Park: Ensure The Management, Proper Functioning And Security Of The Park; - Maintain Goods, Equipment And Installations In Good Condition; - Pay For All Costs Relating To The Operation Of The Public Parking Lot; - Manage The Service Accountingly And Financially; - Produce The Elements To Ensure The Level Of Control Required By The City Of Luxembourg. The Economic Operator Must Comply With The Legislative And Regulatory Provisions In Force In The Grand Duchy Of Luxembourg For This Type Of Activity, In Particular The Requirements Of The Itm And The Operating Authorization.
