Bridge Construction Work - Execution Of The Works Bridge Over The Crișul Alb River In The Town Of Șicula, On Dj 709, Km 45+150 In Arad County. The Bridge Is Located On Dj 709, Over The Crișul Alb River, In Şicula Commune, Arad County. Considering The Technical Expertise, The Bridge Is In An Advanced State Of Degradation, And According To The Norms C175 And 76/73, Measures Consisting In The Replacement Or Strengthening Of The Resistance Structure Affected By The Degradation Are Recommended. The Consolidation Of The Bridge Further Ensures The Connection Of The Towns On Both Banks, Which Shortens The Distance By Approx. 15 Km. The Objectives, To Which The Realization Of This Investment Contributes, Are:  Opening The Path From The Bridge;  Consolidation Of The Infrastructure And Restoration Of The Wings. The Existing Wings Will Be Demolished And Rebuilt.  The Foundation Of The New Wings Will Be Realized By Means Of Drilled Piles Of Large Diameter - D108 Cm And Length 10.00 M. Along With The Creation Of The Wings, The Strengthening Of The Abutments Will Also Be Realized By Creating A Reinforced Concrete Beam At The Lower Level Of The Elevation - A Beam That It Will Fit Into The Wipers On The Wings. Over This Beam, A Reinforced Concrete Lining Will Be Made - With An Inclined Facing At The Bottom And Vertical At The Top;  Replacing The Existing Support Devices With Neoprene Ones - By Lifting The Superstructure With Hydraulic Presses And Setting Up Appropriate Bearings;  Consolidation Of The Superstructure By Increasing The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Pillars Related To The First 3 Panels (Pillars 1-8, 2-9 And 3-10 According To Technical Expertise), So That The Bridge Can Support A Single Vehicle With A Maximum Total Mass Of 20 Tons. Consolidation Works Will Be Carried Out By Increasing The Section Of The Elements, By Having Additional Platbands Fixed With Screws On The Existing Elements;  Cleaning And Painting Of The Metal Structure - Cleaning (Sandblasting), Visual Inspection And Restoration Of The Anti-Corrosion Protection Of All Metal Elements Are Added To The Consolidation Works. At The Time Of The Works, It Is Recommended To Inspect All The Joints Between The Elements, But Also The Elements That Are Not Easily Accessible, And Where Defects Such As The Reduction Of The Section Due To The Corrosion Of The Elements, Cracks Near The Rivets Or Other Defects Specific To These Types Of Elements Are Observed, It Is Recommended Replacement Of Elements And/Or Restoration Of Joints. These Works Require The Installation Of A Suspended Platform At The Soffit Of The Entire Bridge And Scaffolding For Access To The Upper Elements;  Local Repairs To The Reinforced Concrete Slab And The Provision Of Protection By Painting;  Sidewalk Development: Installation Of Safety Parapets And Rehabilitation Of The Existing Pedestrian Parapet;  Restoration Of The Path On The Bridge (Waterproofing + 2X4cm Asphalt Layers Bap16), Redevelopment Of Drains, Restoration Of Expansion Joint Covering Devices;  At The Bed, It Was Planned To Create A Protection With Anchorages In Front Of The Culverts And The Wings For A Length Of Approx. 40 M. The Bridge Provides For The Flow With 1% Insurance (Q1%=870M/S) A Guard Space
