Tenders are invited for Implementation of Investment Grade Energy Audits in up to Five (5) Selected Industrial Facilities The GIZ Office Hanoi as the contracting party, on behalf of PDP programme, is conducting a local negotiated tender to look for qualified Local Consulting Firm (LCF) to implement investment grade energy audits in up to five (5) selected industrial facilities in Vietnam. Tentative duration: from November 2024 until December 2025 Place of assignment: Vietnam LCFs number of estimate working days: up to 220 Requirements for the LCF: - With 5 years of operational existence of the organization in Vietnam. - Compliance with legal requirements (e.g. tax, relevant licences e.t.c) - Valid Energy Auditor certificate issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) - Experience in energy audits (at least 10 reference projects) and at least 5 reference projects in Vietnam in the last 3 years. - Experience in Financial Modelling - Experience in detail engineering in the technologies: pumps; motors; compressors; HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning); Waste heat recovery/ heat exchanger - Experience in auditing manufacturing industries such as: garment and textile, chemical, food processing, etc, - The consulting team will consist of minimum 2 experts. 3. Method of bid submission LCFs send Eligibility dossiers to [email protected] latest by 17:00 (Hanoi time) on 27.10.2024 with email subject: Tender 83474228-Eligibility dossier-Company name. Bids sent after the submission deadline will be disqualified. 4. Notes a. Request of tender documents to be sent to [email protected] before 17.10.2024. b. Eligibility assessment related questions to be sent to [email protected] before 20.10.2024. c. Sending documents to wrong email address will lead to disqualification of the supplier. d.
