Expression of Interest are invited for Contracting Services for Integration of Climate Action into Planning and Budgeting Instruments and the Preparation of Guidelines for the Assessment of the Climate Risk of Public and Private Investment The start of the contract is foreseen for August 2024 and for a duration of 10 months. Service providers must be available for the entire period foreseen and willing to intervene in Praia, Santiago Island - Cabo Verde. The maximum budget available for this contract is estimated at 178 400 EUR (all taxes excluded). Indicatively, services providers will have to demonstrate their technical capacity and experience in the following domains: Climate strategies, and analysis or development of climate policy; Climate-relate economic strategies, or climate proof investments; Project cycle with technical knowledge in planning and budgeting and Experience in collaborating with public institutions at sectoral and budgetary level Tender Link : http://www.lux-development.lu/en/tenders
