Complete bid documents package must be dropped in a tender box at Relief International Juba Office no later than 2:00 PM Local Time on Friday 25th October 2024, clearly marked Reference RI-SSD-JUBA-024-315 Construction Materials(Framework Agreement). Bidders shall submit sealed bids addressed to: The Tender Committee, Relief International Plot Number 347, Block NO 2-K Juba Na-Bari, Thongping Juba, South Sudan Bidders must sign the bid register form at the security office at the gate of the office indicating their company name, telephone number, and date of submission. 3. In addition to the hard copy of your price schedule, please submit a word or excel copy of the price schedule in flash disk, packed in a small envelope. 4. Only companies specialized in Construction Materials shall be considered. Relief International reserves the right not to consider companies with no speciality in the subject matter. 5.
