Electricity Supplies – Supply Of Electricity From Renewable Sources, Transmission And Associated Services For Arte France. This Contract Is A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement (Maximum 5) With Subsequent Contracts, Aimed At The Supply And Delivery Of Electricity From Renewable Sources On Sites Managed By The Company Arte France. The Contract Includes The Services Designated Below: - The Complete Supply Of Electrical Energy To The Delivery Points (Pdl) Of The Company Arte France Which Will Be Detailed In Subsequent Consultations As Well As The Services Defined In This Specification Of Special Clauses; - Access To The Public Electricity Distribution Network And Its Use For Delivery Points Within The Framework Of A Single Contract; - The Mission Of Balance Manager In Accordance With Article L. 321-15 Of The Energy Code.
